Your use of the Services is subject to compliance with relevant U.S. tax reporting and withholding laws as in effect from time-to-time. You acknowledge and agree that the Company must and is hereby approved to report and/or withhold your winnings in accordance with U.S. tax reporting and withholding legal guidelines as in effect from time-to-time. You hereby irrevocably authorize us to file all required reviews relating to your wagering actions with the U.S. Internal Revenue Service and any other relevant taxing authority.
Any award, present, or buy of Virtual Goods solely provides you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use these Virtual Goods inside the Services, which use is subject to your compliance with this Agreement. Virtual Goods may never be bought to or redeemed by either the Company or some other third party for actual cash, non-virtual items, or some other item of monetary worth. You understand and agree that you do not have any proper or title in Virtual Goods aside from the extent of your restricted license.
